A volunteering community for high school students in Uzbekistan, built by people who were tired of watching good opportunities disappear into a feed.

Founded in June 2025
Volontyorlar was founded on 4 June 2025 by Arslon Rajabov and Parizoda Abdurakhimova to help high school students discover and apply to meaningful volunteering opportunities.

Why it exists
Volunteering is not hard to want. It is hard to find. Opportunities are scattered across channels, organisers do not always know where to look for people, and a student who wants to help often has nowhere obvious to start. Volontyorlar exists to close that gap.

From reposting to running operations
Volontyorlar began by sharing opportunities it found elsewhere. Today it finds opportunities, contacts organisers, sources events, builds partnerships, supplies volunteers, and is building regional operations across the country.
